SMS messages are not being sent
- Check that your SMS package has enough balance.
- Make sure your SMS sender name (header) is approved.
- Commercial messages may require IYS consent in Turkey; prefer informational messages.
- Check that the customer number is saved correctly.
- If it persists, open a ticket and we will review the send log together.
