Thermal labels and receipts
A rug label shows who each piece taken in for cleaning belongs to. Halı TR prints your company logo, a QR code, the customer’s name, order number, piece number and area (m²) on the label. With white, blue and yellow thermal rolls you can sort rugs by color per delivery day, area or team.

Frequently asked about this
Which thermal printers are compatible?
Halı TR works with most common 58 mm and 80 mm Bluetooth thermal printers. If your printer cannot print image (logo) labels, use classic text templates via Printer Settings > Disable Visual Mode. Feel free to ask us about a model before buying.

- Make sure the printer is on, has paper loaded and is charged.
- Turn the phone’s Bluetooth off and on, then pair the printer in Bluetooth settings.
- Select the correct printer in the app’s Printer Settings.
- Check that the app has Bluetooth and “nearby devices” permission.
- If it still does not print, enable Disable Visual Mode and try a text template.
The logo does not show or prints distorted on the label
- Upload your logo as a simple, high-contrast (black and white) landscape image in a 1:3 ratio.
- Check that the logo preview looks right in Printer Settings.
- Make sure the correct paper width (58/80 mm) is selected.
- If your printer does not support images, use a text template.
Can I use colored labels?
Yes. You can use white, blue and yellow thermal label rolls. Using colors per delivery day, area or team prevents mix-ups in the wash house.
