Caller ID
Caller ID matches an incoming call with your customer records. In Halı TR, when a saved customer calls, a customer card opens on the phone showing name, address, phone, customer number, current balance and the order waiting for pickup. If an unknown number calls, you can save it as a new customer right away.

- Exclude Halı TR from battery saving / battery optimization.

Does Caller ID work on iPhone?
The in-call customer pop-up works fully on Android devices. On iPhone, behavior may differ due to Apple’s call screen restrictions. Ask our support team for the latest status.
